Skuba received its Air Operator’s Certificate (AOC) from the Bahamian Civil Aviation Authority in mid-2025 and expects to commence operations by Q4 2025.

As of 2025, Skuba has confirmed an initial order of five Boeing 737 MAX 8 aircraft.
